Orange Creamsicle Juice Recipe

When I was a kid I *loved* a nice orange creamsicle dessert pop.  You know the ones, right?  Super yummy.

So what if…  I recreated this as a delicious, healthy juice?   

YES!!  I did.

It IS summertime, after all and my Orange Creamsicle Juice Recipe is perfect for a hot weather treat. 

It’s deliciously dairy-free!

Ingredient Benefits 

ORANGES  Oranges are full of vitamin C and antioxidants.  They are an excellent source of fiber, beta-carotenes, vitamin A, several B vitamins, and minerals like calcium, copper, iron, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and zinc.  The combination makes oranges effective when you want to try to maintain your overall health and well-being. Animal studies indicate that the hesperidin in orange (a citrus flavonone) has strong anti-inflammatory properties and can lower blood pressure and blood cholesterol.

FULL FAT COCONUT MILK Full fat coconut milk not only tastes heavenly, it’s amazing for you.  Here are the things I love about it.

  • May lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
  • Can help build muscle.
  • Helps prevents fatigue.
  • May help you lose weight.
  • Improves digesiton.
  • Relieves constipation.
  • Helps to manage blood sugar.

When paired with fruits or sugars it slows the digestion into your bloodstream so that your insulin doesn’t spike.

Orange Creamsicle Juice Recipe


2-3 oranges, any variety

1 cup full fat coconut milk


Remove the peel from the oranges.  Cut them in half.  Juice the oranges.  Add the coconut milk in the juice bowl, and mix gently to combine.  Pour in a glass and serve. 


To make popsicles, follow the juice directions above except pour the juice into silicone or plastic popsicle molds and freeze overnight.  It makes the perfect summertime treat.
